We are located 4 km from the Lomazzo Nord motorway exit (A9 Milan - Como - Chiasso motorway, part of the E35 Amsterdam - Rome European motorway).

Reachable by car or regional train from Lomazzo station, 5 km away, then change to the Malpensa Express at Saronno. Linate Airport is less than 50 minutes away, reachable by train and metro. Bergamo Orio al Serio is just over an hour away by motorway, as is Lugano-Agno.

It can be reached by car, bus or train, which leaves from Cadorago station, 3 km from the flat, and takes you right in front of the lake.

Accessibility

The flat, located on the second floor, is also accessible with a wheelchair. However, the lift entrance has a maximum width of 60 centimetres. The bathroom, like the other rooms, is unfortunately not equipped with specific facilities for the disabled.

10 - D - Belgium - Perfect! - Bestes Appartement in dem wir je waren. Die Ausstattung war phänomenal! An ALLES wurde gedacht! Willkommensgetränke. Wirklich alles an Küchenausstattung, was man brauchen könnte. Ausführliche Erklärungen und Tipps für das Umland. Absolut sauber. Netter Balkon ins Grüne. Schöne, äußerst gepflegte Räume. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Klimaanlage, Aufzug (2.Etage), Parkplätze Bahnhof 4km entfernt mit viel Parkplatz. 40Minuten mit dem Zug nach Mailand (nur ca. 3,50Euro Erwachsene, 1,90 für Kinder. Halbstündlich fahren Züge. Perfekt!) Mit dem Zug in die andere Richtung kann man auf 30Minuten zum Comosee fahren. Wir hatten das Appartement nur als Zwischenstopp auf der Heimreise gebucht weil es auch dafür perfekt gelegen ist, wären aber wirklich gerne ein paar Tage länger geblieben um den Comosee zu entdecken. Nächstes Mal! - Wer hier was zum Meckern findet dem ist nicht zu helfen ????.

Das Gastgeber war mit Abstand der freundlichste, den wir je getroffen haben! Alles war perfekt organisiert, die Kommunikation war einfach, in der Wohnung wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und es war geräumig und sauber! Als Überraschung hatte der Gastgeber Getränke und Snacks, sogar für unseren Hund, bereitgestellt. Insgesamt ehrlich empfehlenswert und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal. Danke für alles!
8 - Cc - Netherlands - Fijne plek om te overnachten tijdens onze reis! - De host was heel attent en vriendelijk. Er was zelfs allerlei lekkers voor ons neergezet. De bedden waren goed en het was met de warmte fijn dat er een airco was. Ook lekker om even op het balkon te kunnen zitten. - De douchecabine was erg klein.
10 - Tomek - Netherlands/Poland - Wyjątkowy - Najczystszy apartament w jakim byliśmy! Też jedyny, w którym nam nic nie zabrakło. Urządzony w stylu lat 60', bardzo wygodny, 3-pokoje, to było doskonałe rozwiązanie dla nas i 2 dzieci gdzie jedno jest w wieku nastoletnim i potrzebuje więcej prywatności, 2- balkony, to dodatkowy atut. Minusem jest jedynie bardzo mała kuchnia, ale z takim wyposażeniem (jest dosłownie wszystko) to właściwie nie minus, a lekki dyskomfort. Właściciel, to przemiły człowiek. Poczuliśmy się nie tylko ugoszczeni ale wręcz zaopiekowani! Czekał na nas, jest bardzo pomocny. Przygotował powitanie jak w dobrym hotelu, szlafroki, kapcie, kosmetyki, słodycze, chipsy, cola, lody w zamrażarce oraz prosecco. To genialne połączenie apartamentu z hotelem, najczystszym i najbardziej przytulnym (jak w domu) oraz przyjaznym (przemiły właściciel - przy okazji pozdrawiamy ????) w jakim do tej pory byliśmy. Bardzo dziękujemy ????. - Mała kuchnia, ale przy tych wszystkich udogodnieniach, to tylko lekki dyskomfort, do którego można się przyzwyczaić.
10 - Jaidy - Netherlands - In één woord: TOP! - Wat een heerlijk, knus en proper appartement van onwijs lieve mensen. Voorafgaand aan ons verblijf werden we al goed te woord gestaan en bij aankomst stonden er gekoelde drankjes klaar en wat lekkers. Ook waren de kasten en koelkast gevuld en mocht overal gebruik van gemaakt worden. Zelfs voor ons dochtertje was er volop speelgoed aanwezig en stond het campingbedje klaar voor ons zoontje. In een woord top!

Google maps nie odnajduje adresu po skopiowaniu z booking, proponuję wpisać "Via S. Giuseppe, 4, Guanzate" albo kożystać z map booking. Apartament idealnie nadaje się na bazę wypadową nad Como, Maggiore, do Mediolanu. Parking: Miejsca są przypisane do mieszkań więc niema problemu z dostępnością, a żeby dostać sie na parking trzeba mieć pilot do bramy. więc jest bezpiecznie. Apartament: Bardzo ładnie urządzony, 3 pokoje, mała kuchnia, łazienka i 2 balkony. Posiada wszytkie udogodnienia, winda, zmywarka, ect. Gospodarze: Właściciele to bardzo mili i pomocni ludzie. Wszytko było bardzo profesionalnie przygotowane. Bardzo dużo przekąsek: woda, napoje, soki, piwo, chipsy i ciastka Kontakt z Marco był odskonały, właściciele byli równiesz bardzo elastyczni. Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę :)

7 - Anita - Germany - Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hat alles erklärt - Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich - Das in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Einzelbett ist ein Kinderbett, also für Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene und eine Couch im Wohnbereich zum Schlafen. Ich hatte zwei Schlafzimmer erwartet wie in der Beschreibung angegeben - La nostra risposta, con informazioni utili per tutti i nostri ospiti: the flat is a three-room apartment of 60 m2. Everybody can check this in the cadastral plan which, at this point, we believe has become sadly necessary to be attached to the images gallery, images which, moreover, already represent each room very well. Our guests can sleep in three (3) different rooms: the master bedroom, the living room and a little bedroom. The little bedroom is not large and therefore we realize - and always warn - that, if the booking is for five adults, there may be little space in that bedroom where, however, on request, we can insert a 200cm long single bed free of charge instead of the 160 cm one, which however is very different from a cot (we also offer the cot, free of charge, when our guests do us the honour of coming to us with newborns, but this has nothing to do with this discussion). However, even five adults guests have always been satisfied because they have found an entire apartment at their complete disposal at a much lower cost than that of a single double room elsewhere (among other things, they should book two or three double rooms elsewhere!). Dear Madam, there were two of you (2) and, although you did not inform us in advance that you would not like to share the double bed, we immediately prepared the sofa bed for you, with the result that one of you slept alone in the double bed in the master bedroom and the other slept alone on the double sofa bed in the living room. Between the two rooms there are two (2) sliding wood’s doors and a two meter long corridor. This is an incontrovertible reality because it is demonstrated by official documents preserved in the archive of the Land Registry of the Italian Republic and in the office (SUAP) which provided us with the license to open our business. Regarding the low evaluation of the quality/price ratio, we would like to remind that, that Saturday evening, in one of the cheapest hotels in our area, it was possible to stay at the cost of 170 euros in a 16m2 double room (without 2 doors and a corridor between the beds) or, for 300 euros, it was possible to book two rooms. I do not write here the amount paid at our facility because it would not be elegant to do so, but it is well known to you and to all our past, present and future guests. Honestly, we are always ready to accept criticism and we are grateful by every 10 received because we know that it is a gift given to us by our guests, but we don't think it's right to describe an apartment differently from how it appears on the official maps. It was probably an error that we hope can be corrected by you or by Booking or it could have been the result of a misunderstanding of what Booking (not us!) wrote in the description. In the meantime, however, we sincerely thank you for having rated our staff (it means us!) with a 10 and with another 10 the cleanliness of the apartment, to which we (always us, personally) dedicate a minimum of four hours a day. If you are kind enough to come back to us in the future, we will be happy to prepare for you the 200 cm single bed which will be placed in the second bedroom, so that neither of you will have to sleep on the double sofa bed (equipped with toppers) in the living room. Thanks a lot for your attention and thank you very much for the chocolates you left for us: we appreciated them very much and also for this reason we trust that this misunderstanding can be clarified and that we will still have you as our very welcome guests.

10 - Kerstin - Germany - Perfekte Unterkunft nicht nur für 1 Nacht! - Dank Google-Maps haben wir die Unterkunft gefunden, unser Navi im Auto war überfordert! Per WhatsApp wurden alle Anmeldeformalitäten im Voraus erledigt und wir wurden am Eingang erwartet (geschlossener Parkplatz). Simona zeigte uns die Wohnung und erklärte geduldig und ausführlich alles. Unser Hundchen wurde mit Bettchen, Wasser und Futter begrüßt, wir mit Kuchen, Snacks, Getränke sowie alles zur Kaffee- und Teezubereitung. Ein tolles rundes Bett mit funkelndem Sternenhimmel rundete die positive Überraschung ab! Bei nur 1 Übernachtung war der Aufenthalt zu kurz, um Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine sowie die liebe- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung ausgiebig zu nutzen. Gerne ein anderes mal!!

Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, hatten wir das Gefühl bestmöglich betreut worden zu sein so herzlich aufgenommen zu werden wie als hätten wir 2 Wochen gebucht. Die Wohnung war sehr lieb mit einem Willkommensgetränk und einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit hergerichtet und komplett sauber sowie einigen Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf (von kleinen Crossaints zum Frühstück über Duschgel). Die Wohnung ist recht großzügig und die Betten bequem. - Trotz Duftfläschen merkt man, dass früher im Bad viel geraucht wurde. Für sehr geruchssensitive Menschen womöglich schwierig. - La nostra risposta, con informazioni utili per tutti i nostri ospiti: Thank you so much for your visit and your nice review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our welcome and our apartment and it was a great pleasure to have you as our guests. Smoking is strictly forbidden in our apartment and there are two smoke detectors with alarms, connected with our mobile phones. In fact, there are none in the bathroom and some guests may not have followed the rules and we may not have been able to completely rid that room of the smell of smoke. We apologise for what has happened and we hope that in future guests will not smoke inside, also because there is a balcony where those who really needs to smoke can do so. What can we do now? Just write you that we are really sorry... ;(

Sin dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, ho avvertito un'atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, resa ancora più speciale dalla gentilezza e dalla premura dei gestori della struttura. La struttura stessa è un vero gioiello, arredata con gusto e cura nei dettagli. Le camere sono accoglienti e confortevoli, fornite di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e ogni angolo trasuda di un'attenzione particolare verso il comfort degli ospiti. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero indimenticabile il mio soggiorno è stata l'accoglienza straordinaria dei gestori. Già da prima del check-in fino alla mia partenza (mi hanno preso e accompagnato alla stazione del paese vicino), sono stati estremamente premurosi e disponibili, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta e a darmi preziosi consigli su cosa vedere e fare nella zona. In definitiva, questo B&B è un'oasi di comfort e ospitalità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

The place is very picturesque and tranquil. My family and I had the best break and we will definitely be back. The apartment is very cosy and welcoming and the Internet connection top rate. The flat is 2 minutes walk distance from wonderful walks in the woods good for me and my dog Winston. It has easy access to motorways to Milan Como or Lake Maggiore. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Simona is always ready to come and help if required. I recommend this place without problem and I will definitely come back. Grazie Mille Marco, Simona e Lucia.

(how I miss them, by the way.....) - This flat is a little museum of curiosities, the main bedroom is furnished with a futa bed and a starry roof. It's warm and cosy. The hosts are so nice and ready to make you feel comfortable: they're punctual, welcoming and generous, and so at any time of the day or night. It's like being hosted in a family! They offer you beverage at your arrival and provide necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom for you to cope with any need. From soap till coffee, sugar, oil, salt, crackers and even slippers. They also sent us by mail a charger we had forgotten there: I hardly ever received such a personal treat. We went there a couple and two children, and will repeat without a doubt. Thank you Marco and Simona, you were the best!

Si è sistemato tutto in modo molto positivo. Marco è un padrone di casa *delizioso* che si divide in 4 per poter soddisfare coloro che arrivano. La casa è molto luminosa e cosy. C'è tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno lungo. Tutto efficiente. Posto tranquillo e comunque vicino a Milano.
